The genealogy tool is one of the best tools that we have with SFI. Using your genealogy tool, you can keep up with your downline and help them. My recommendation is to play around with your genealogy and the filters. You can learn a lot from trial and error.
You can use your filters to look at a specific group. My favorite filter is under the "sort by:" I choose "last login" and "dsc" This shows the people in your genealogy that logged in last. This shows you who the workers are in your genealogy.
You can click on their name and it will bring up a pop up window. This will show you their pictures, badges and profile. This will also tell you if they are above or below the green line. If you click on activity, you can see how many people they have sponsored and their goals (PSAs and CSAs only). If you want to help someone reach their goals, it is important to know what their goals are. If you click on upline, this will show you if your psa or csa has something that they want you to know about them.
If you click on their VP(T) or VP(M) it will bring up a pop up window showing their vp ledger. This is something you can do with anyone in your genealogy. This is important because if they are missing vps, you can send them a team-mail (by clicking the blue TM on the right side) and inform them. If someone in your downline is below the green line this is a great way to help them get above the green line.
If you are EA and above you can send a genealogy mailer. (You also get 30 vps per week for this) You can send a message, like I am doing now, to your entire genealogy or to a select few by using your filters. (you will get the 30vp either way) For example: I send out a mailer daily to only the people that joined the previous day. I set the filter to "date joined = 10/02" You can use your quick filters to send a message to only your EAs.
The genealogy can also be used to send gift certificates and Tcredits. It can be used for reassignments. In my opinion the genealogy tool is the most useful tool in your business.
